Leading construction company supports award event recognizing outstanding community partners
STUART, Fla. —Venture Construction Group of Florida (VCGFL) was a proud Gold Sponsor at Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce Annual Installation and Awards Dinner on Sept. 28. The event was held at the Mariner Sands Country Club at 6500 E. Mariner Sands Drive in Stuart. The black tie gala started at 6 p.m. and included an award ceremony, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, gourmet dinner, music, dancing, and casino fun. Tickets were $125/ per person. Chamber president and CEO Joe Catrambone and Chairman Rob Gluckman emceed the events of the evening. The Honorable Judge Darren Steele installed the 2018/19 Board. Gluckman presented the 2018/2019 Board.

Leading the curve in construction, VCGFL opened an additional office in Stuart last year and implemented advanced state-of-the-art technology in their statewide operations. The Stuart office contains a Video Wall consisting of nine high-definition televisions that livestream jobsites throughout the state, utilizing highly advanced cameras and apps. Due to increasing demand, VCGFL plans on expanding even further.
The Chamber gala included numerous prestigious award presentations. Gluckman presented The Chairman’s Award to Elliot Paul, Elliot Paul & Company and The Business Advocate Award to City Commissioner Troy McDonald. The Ambassador of the Year Award was presented to Tom Munhollen, ELB Consulting, Inc. Catrambone presented The President’s Awards to Kelly Johnson, R.V. Johnson Insurance and Jeanna Shanahan, R.V. Johnson Insurance. Catrambone and the 2018/19 Chairman Will Carson presented The Past Chairman’s Award to Gluckman for his outstanding service.
