Venture Construction Group of Florida Earns Qualified Trainer Certification

Senior Management Personnel Attend National Roofing Contractors Association Virtual Course On Training Excellence

BOCA RATON, Fla. — Neysa Nordstrom, production manager and director of communications at Venture Construction Group of Florida (VCGFL), earned the prestigious NRCA Qualified Trainer certification. Nordstrom attended the 2-day virtual conference led by NRCA instructors. The coursework includes NRCA facilitated exercises, role play coaching scenarios, small group sessions and peer discussions. Participants learn how to create training objectives, create a hands-on jobsite training environment, and successfully onboard and train new hires.

Participant presentations are rated as a performance assessment; it is required to successfully complete the course to become an NRCA Qualified Trainer.
